Description
Client looking for contract to hire candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area

Our West Coast client has a need for an Epic Training Project Manager for a 18-month engagement. The Training PM will be responsible for the Training Project Plan, Curriculum Development Plan, MST pre-build, and overseeing trainer credentialing.

Position requires on-site work every week M-Th.
•        Assumes primary responsibility for managing the project training team tasks outlined in the training project plan
•        Provides a leadership role instilling a high organizational priority for training throughout the organization
•        Manages training program scheduling, space and technical set-up needs, including the development of a comprehensive course catalog
•        Attends the outlined Epic education courses
•        Works with project leadership to determine training policies and requirements
•        Appropriately escalates training issues to project leadership
•        Develops, monitors, and updates a comprehensive training project plan
•        Coordinates and supports all training team tasks
•        Develops comprehensive training and curriculum strategy (time, method of delivery) for all end-user audiences alongside their team of instructional designers
•        Determines training resource requirements (space, trainers)
•        Identifies and hires a team of supplemental (credentialed) trainers to assist their instructional designers
•        Monitors and reviews the progress of end-user training
•        Ensures all users are trained at an appropriate level and are able to demonstrate proficiency in the new Epic system
•        Coordinates post-live training tasks and activities
Required:
•        3+ years' Epic Training Project Management experience
•        Training Project plan development experience
•        Curriculum development planning experience
•        Experience overseeing Credentialing
•        Client looking for local resources in the San Francisco Bay
