Description
Position Overview

We are in search of a Cerner Training Analyst for a Southern U.S. client to develop training documents for Cerner applications. This is a W2 hourly consulting role.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Education, Business Administration, Communications, or Healthcare related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Minimum of one year experience delivering a combination of classroom, online and one-on-one training
Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both interpersonally and on a technical level
Knowledge and understanding of technical writing
Knowledge and understanding of instructional design and development
Ability to adapt and respond effectively to the constantly changing healthcare environment and evolving practice of healthcare professions; and the ability to coordinate and facilitate teamwork and diverse groups
