Description
Client in pacific Northwest implementing Cerner for 13 month install.
•        The revenue cycle lead will be responsible for providing guidance to hospital the for all of the revenue cycle aspects of the Cerner CommunityWorks implementation.
•        The revenue cycle lead would be hospital go-to authority for revenue cycle options that Cerner provides.
•        The revenue cycle lead will provide pros and cons for the different choices Cerner provides and ensure hospital understands downstream impacts of the decisions.
•        The revenue cycle lead will coordinate clinical efforts both internal and with Cerner to ensure that hospital has a seamless implementation.

Minimum requirements for the clinical lead are:
•        At least 3 years’ experience working in a Healthcare revenue cycle department.
•        Experience implementing revenue cycle information systems. Experience implementing at least two (2) revenue cycle information systems.

The preferred skills are:
•        Experience implementing Cerner Millennium or Cerner CommunityWorks revenue cycle
products.
•        Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
•        Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•         Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
•        Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•         PMP certification is a plus
