THE OPPORTUNITY – NextGen FTE and Consulting Roles

We have many clients starting or preparing for NextGen implementations. Most positions we have available are consulting but we are also being asked to provide our clients with contract to perm and perm placement NextGen positions as well.

NextGen experts in all areas will be needed so anyone beyond NextGen user level is encouraged to apply including:

·       EMR Practice Leader – this is a full time position at Santa Rosa Consulting requiring knowledge of the EMR marketplace with NextGen, Cerner PowerChart Office, Allscripts, and more. Practice Leader will assist sales in identifying and closing business, help us build our EMR practice, and manage our EMR consultants.   

·       Project Manager

·       Business Analyst

·       Template Developer

·       Implementation and build staff (EPM/EMR)

·       Go-live support

·       End User Trainer (EPM/EMR)

Successful applicants will have:

·       Extensive knowledge of physician practice workflows

·       EMR implementation experience with NextGen or EPM Implementation/support experience

·       Ability to work effectively with physicians and other staff in the clinics

·       Willingness to be on site with clients Monday to Thursday (travel consulting) or willingness to relocate (contract to perm and perm placement)

·       Strong attention to detail

Clients located in midwest and northeast.

W2 hourly, W2 salaried and 1099 positions are all available. Benefits packages are available to W2 employees.
