JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary:
The Client Manager is the post sales main point of contact for our clients. S/he is responsible for making sure that clients continually move towards a successful use of the Zynx products including the integration of the products into the clients' daily business practices and workflow, CPOE systems including paper based components of medical record, as well as the whole range of applications/functions in the electronic health record.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Conducts client kickoff meetings to ensure success of client start up activities.
•        Develops relationships with client managers and executives
•        Sets up scheduled “touch point” meetings with clients to identify, discuss and resolve issues.
•        Help clients integrate Zynx products into their workflow and clinical processes.
•        Resolves issues, including bug fixes and product enhancements, for clients by coordinating resources from the departments of Information Technology, Client Services and Content Development.
•        Keeps client informed on new and enhanced product functionalities and coordinates onsite beta activities.
•        Provide ‘leads/revenue opportunity’ to Sales and Professional Services
•        Provides feedback to the Content and Engineering departments for product enhancements and product defect resolution.
•        Provides feedback to Zynx functional groups for process improvement and achievement of industry best practices
•        Help develop tools and documentation that enable successful Client implementation of the Zynx products and services
•        Coordinates integration activities between Zynx products and the client’s CPOE system
•        Encourages and provides avenues to collaborate with other clients
•        Keeps client records and activity logs current in the ‘client informatics’ database system
•        Helps coalesce best practices on Zynx implementation for dissemination to future implementations
•         Encourages clients to push for Zynx integration with vendor CPOE systems
•        Monitor client continuously to ensure satisfaction and project success
•        Manage client inquiries and support activities
•        Manage project plans for implementations
•        SIGNIFICANT TRAVEL REQUIRED – up to 75% is possible.

EXPERIENCE
•        Minimum of 5 years working in a clinical or business process consultant/project management or business analysis capacity at an enterprise level or healthcare facility
•        Experienced in working with highly educated clients such as physicians, nurses or other clinicians
•        Knowledge of project management methodology

Skills
•        Experienced in developing and managing project plans using MS Project and other presentation tools
•        Experienced in working with a group with multiple agenda and be able to use negotiation skills to keep projects on track
•        Experienced in analyzing client data/statistics and formulate solutions to issues identified by the data.
•        Experienced in working with C level type management, minimally department heads
•        Experienced in working in a medical environment/facility a plus.


Notes
EDUCATION
•        BS/BA – preferably a RN
•        Graduate technical/clinical degree or MBA highly desirable.
•        Project Management experience/certification preferred.
