Technical Leads will architect, troubleshoot and deploy digital imaging solutions at clients for all phases of the life cycle. These associates will be required to have foundational consulting skills, technical skills and Digital Imaging knowledge and skills. Specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Analyze customer requirements, formulate solutions, form cross-functional teams, and successfully drive to closure custom Integration solutions.
• Work directly with clients, internal TSC groups and Vendors to resolve multiple and various interface and system integration issues.
• Provide technical direction to the team on Planning, Quoting, Implementing and supporting all aspects related to integrations or products interfaces.
• Working knowledge of DICOM, HL7 (ADT, Orders, Results, Billing, Inventory), IHE, Cloverleaf, Mitra Brokers and other interface engines and standards
• Understanding of Networking, Archive Architectures, Web, SAN, NAS, and Clustered Servers, Replication Servers and other storage and high availability devices.
• Assist with development and improvement of interface tools, products, and implementation processes
• Design and develop validation plans to identify and test new IT Offerings, systems and device interfaces either in a test environment or on-site as needed.
• Lead Technical teams from the Client side and the Vendor teams to validate complete system operations during and at the conclusion of a project.
• Work directly with clients and IT vendors on the development of HL7 interfaces that will enhance the data integrity and workflow through such things and ADT and/or Order download to various healthcare information and imaging systems.
Qualifications •
Must have experience and knowledge of:
• Healthcare processes and associated systems with a preference for radiology, cardiology and other clinical areas,
• Radiology, cardiology, PACS, data storage and network systems • Proven ability to establish credibility with healthcare and information technology staffs of large healthcare systems and medical organizations.
• Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Excellent PACS technology skills
• Displays strong presence, poise, candor and self-confidence
• Demonstrated decision making capabilities and shows independent work ethic and self-starter motivation
• Education: Bachelor Degree required; Graduate degree preferred in computer science, mathematics, engineering, finance, healthcare systems or administration
