The Regional Sales Director is a healthcare consulting professional responsible for territory business development, revenue realization, project profitability and account strategy.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include project management, business development and consulting services. Additional responsibilities include:

•Identifying and closing business opportunities within assigned territory.
•Executing business development strategies and penetrating defined target accounts.
•Meeting bookings quota, revenue quota and profitability margins.
•Maintaining contact with clients to enhance business relationships.
•Actively participating in regional healthcare associations, attending conferences and networking events.
The South West territory includes the following states: CO, NM, AZ, UT, NV and CA.

Qualifications:
Must have strong healthcare industry acumen, enterprise project understanding, and knowledge within one or more vendor system or practice areas within Healthcare IT consulting organizations. Requires 5+ years experience working in a directly related senior position of a healthcare provider organization, vendor or consulting firm. 3+ years of consulting sales experience and/or proven ability to develop consultative business relationships; interacting at all levels within an organization. Master's degree preferred or equivalent. PMP or industry specific certifications a plus but not required. Individual must currently reside in the territory.
