Cerner Application Support Analyst I/II
As a Cerner Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for Investigating, analyzing and providing comprehensive solutions for service requests in a support desk, phone support capacity servicing Cerner end-users. In this role you will track, monitor, and troubleshoot according to application protocol in order to provide successful resolutions
•2 years + Cerner application support experience
•Cerner clinical application support experience
•Proven track record of successful end-user troubleshooting in a call center phone or support desk environment
•Registered Pharmacist or PharmD with recent healthcare IT experience in Cerner solutions
•Clinical Analyst I with at least 2 + years of experience or Clinical Analyst II with at least 1+ years of experience
•Clinical background – pharmacy, pathology, surgery
•Cerner Application support of at least one of the following: PathNet, SurgiNet, and PharmNet
