To grow business achieving revenue targets commensurate with company plan. Responsible for managing all aspects of the sales function, including: identifying and selling prospects, building and managing a robust pipeline, negotiating client contracts. Support client relationship management with key accounts. Mentor newly recruited members of the sales team. This is an exempt position. This position reports to the Head of Sales for GSI Health.

•Identifies business opportunities by generating leads and prospects and evaluating their readiness for sales
•Builds robust sales pipeline qualifying leads and opportunities
•Sells products by nurturing pipeline, establishing relationships, consulting with prospects regarding needs and solutions and turning qualified opportunities into clients
•Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance working closely with Client Solutions team.
•Upsells any new opportunities recommending product upgrades and program expansion
•Prepares sales materials and provides product demonstrations to prospects
•Assists with marketing efforts by supporting in-bound marketing activities, website improvements, webinars and developing content as industry though leaders
•Prepares proposals, including price quotes working closely with Growth team
•Negotiates contracts working closely with Growth team
•Maintains competitive analysis by remaining current on healthcare and Health IT industry competitors
•Identifies product and implementation improvements by remaining current on healthcare and health IT industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
•Prepares and delivery weekly sales forecast reports collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
•Maintains quality service by following and improving upon company sales approach and processes.
•Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational conferences, reviewing professional publications; establishing professional networks; and participating in professional societies.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Develop and update promotional materials to target identified customers,
•Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments within the organization to address key business issues and opportunities,
•Perform other duties as assigned
