Position Overview:

We are in search of a Beaker Analyst to provide support for the Beaker Team's post go-live support of the client's Beaker application.  The client is looking for someone who can provides daily support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.  Maintains standard documentation tolls for tracking issues, build and testing. Participates in after-hours on call rotation for team, currently once every 4 weeks.  Completes analysis, design, build and testing on assigned projects, including optimization enhancements.  Provides consultation to project managers for system upgrades and new system implementations.  Routinely meets with user groups/business units to discuss current issues and resolution, process improvement, analysis of future improvements, system support requirements, and cost justification.  Monitors ServiceNow incident queue, troubleshoots incident tickets and communicates with end users to ensure satisfactory incident resolution.  Follows the client's change management policies to create, manage, and close change management tasks.  The Beaker Analyst position will be located with a client based in the Southwestern US. 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Beaker Clinical Pathology Certification.
- Beaker Anatomic Pathology Certification.
- 3-5 years of certified Epic experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience working with at least one Beaker (Anatomic and Clinical) implementation from validation through build, testing, go-live, and post go-live support.
- End-user support of Beaker (Anatomic and Clinical) application.
- Experience with DI/DI certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience with and facilitating meetings with multi-disciplinary groups.
- Proven ability to assist with the management and prioritization of multiple projects and work effectively with minimal direction and supervision.
- Proven ability to organize and manage small projects from initiation through implementation.
- Proven ability to organize and manage small projects from initiation through implementation.
- Proven ability to prioritize assigned tasks and manage workload.
- Project management experience.
- Epic Reporting Workbench, Dashboards, application reporting.
- Multiple Epic certifications.
- Lab technician experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
