Lead Technical Analyst
Technical Lead Analyst is responsible for technical infrastructure for SSM Corporate and STL Network offices while having a great attitude exemplifying exceptional colleague relations working with office staff and leadership producing quality work in a continuous quality improvement (CQIplus) team environment. Leads technical staff in daily operations by assisting Regional Information Systems Manager to ensure the department goals are met or exceeded while supporting the IHT strategic plan. Will be a project coordinator in the implementation of new systems identifying the detailed requirements of users and clients and prepares detailed project plans. Provides technical guidance to IT support staff on issues pertaining to new applications and legacy applications. Technical Lead Analyst should have the following skills or attributes: project management, detail oriented with exceptional organization, works with minimal supervision, multi-tasking, ability to meet or exceed goals, flexible and exceptional time management skills.
Bachelor's Degree required along with three to five years of experience.
