HealthTECH Resources is seeking a Workday HR Application Analyst for a six month contract position at a managed care organization in Louisiana.
What will I be doing?
-Designing, developing, implementing, maintaining and/or modifying Human Resource Division applications and website architecture, including Oracle LMS, Wellness Database, Cerner Wellness Platform (or replacement systems).
-Using best practices in information architecture, web usability and UI design standards in order to support Human Resources leadership in achieving divisional goals.
-Supporting Workday HCMS by assisting with testing and security functionality.
-Contract end date: 4/29/2018
What qualifications do I need to be considered?
-Minimum three years Workday support experience required.
-Minimum three years of experience in the design, development and maintenance of web-based tools, in programming or systems analysis or comparable position required.
-Must be skilled in the ability develop, use, maintain and SQL and Access databases and the ability to transfer data to cloud based technologies and other sources.
-Must have demonstrated knowledge of current cloud technologies and the principles of web design, development and information exchange as well as an understanding of internet standards such as HTTP, DNS, FTP, SSL, HTML, CSS, XML and other protocols.
