The Radiology Program Manager is responsible for managing, documenting, coordinating and tracking technical aspects and resources for interface projects, implementation and support. The position will act as a technical resource for the organization with responsibilities for all aspects of the implementation of interfaces between clinical, hospital and vendors systems.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills; drive strategic direction, a critical thinker with the ability to analyze and facilitate resolution to EDI system requirements, working with all levels of the organization. The individual must possess a strong understanding of Radiology IT, HL7 message standards, EDI transactions, and interface engines and techniques required to deliver world-class solutions.

Participate as a member of a cross-functional team to deliver solutions and create and manage requests and enhancements
·         Collaborate with members of the team to facilitate the alignment of organizational business and information technology strategies and plans
·         Manage third party providers to evaluate and support the systems based on our business requirements and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
·         Plan and carry out projects while guiding internal stakeholders and external suppliers
·         Validate, justify, prioritize, and document business needs around data solutions
·         Coordinate and prioritize all requests and implements in an efficient and timely manner
·         Produce high-level and detailed business requirements
·         Mentor and Guide Project Managers
·         Ensure that all of Weekly and Monthly Status reporting meets PMO requirements
·         Ensure that Performance Logic is up to date
·         Projects Prioritization and resource allocation for each project
·         Project Funding and Budgets are updated and accounted for
·         Monthly Dashboards are updated and submitted by deadline

•        5+ years business analysis experience including requirements elicitation, functional design creation, and functional unit testing
•        5+ years project management experience
•        Demonstrated effectiveness working in highly distributed organizations with multiple stakeholders
•        Experience working effectively across divisional lines in a complex, multi-site organization
•        Experience with distributors, system integrators, and independent software vendors
•        Ability to effectively communicate with internal clients and external business partners
•        Broad understanding of Information Technology and deep understanding of the EDI/HL7 function
•        Ability to understand business functionality and translate into application requirements
•        Ability to collaborate and make connections across many internal departments
•        Strategic, organized, detail-oriented, analytical, resourceful, proactive, and able to meet deadlines

•        Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University and 7 or more years of related experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business units, particularly claims.; or equivalent combination of education and experience
•        At least 5 years of progressive experience with HL7/EDI standards, interfaces and solutions
•        At least 5 years of experience in HL7/EDI strategic planning and operations
•        Strong knowledge of Healthcare information systems both financial and clinical
