HealthTECH Resources is urgently seeking an Epic Service Desk Leader for a contract starting ASAP and lasting through July (possibly longer) at a hospital in CA.
What will I be doing?
-Development and implementation of an effective support desk strategy for legacy and Epic system support for the hospital's:
-Operational Help Desk
-Clinical Help Desk
-MyChart Help Desk
-Community Connect Help Desk
-Epic Command Center Planning
-ITIL Service Desk process implementation and planning.
-Move Add & Change (MAC) implementation and communications.
-Contract at least through July, if not longer.
What qualifications do I need to be considered?
-5+ years Epic Help Desk/Service Desk experience required.
-2+ years Service Desk/Command Center Coordinator/Manager handling logistics, planning, strategies, staffing experience required.
-2+ years Epic Community Connect Help Desk experience required.
-Epic certification(s) preferred,
