Sr. Clinical Application Analyst (Registered Pharmacist RPh) - PharmNetSystem Services MPN

Job Description

The Information Systems Division (ISD) Senior Clinical Pharmacy Application Analyst works in the build, implementation, and maintenance of automation and technology to optimize pharmacy practice, pharmacy systems, and the medication use process. The clinical advisory role played by the Senior Clinical Pharmacy Application Analyst, will drive clinical transformation through careful analysis of current processes and workflows and change management strategies that align with our strategic plan, leveraging available resources, metrics, benchmarks; and system standards across the enterprise.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


            
  • Education: Pharm D. degree required.


            
  • Experience: Requires at least (4) four years of direct clinical pharmacy experience with at least (1) year of experience in Healthcare Management Information Systems (MIS) and technical experience in system analysis, design, building, testing and implementation required.


            
  • Licensure/Certifications: Current State of Texas license to practice as a registered pharmacist with (4) years working knowledge of the medication use process preferred or equivalent
