SUMMARY:

The Population Health Analyst  provides analysis, development, implementation and maintenance of population health/care management software solutions and ensure that operational and clinical workflows are supported and maintained using these systems.

REQUIREMENTS


            
  • Epic Care Everywhere

  •         
  • Epic Healthy Planet

  •         
  • Epic Reporting Workbench

  •         
  • Experience with Meaningful Use/MIPS reporting, and EP/EH quality measures

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:


            
  • Demonstrate extensive technical knowledge and recent subject matter expertise in Meaningful Use  Quality Measures, EP/EH Measures, MIPS reporting, Epic Care Everywhere and Epic Healthy Planet.

  •         
  • Experience building, testing, and validating reports via Epic’s Reporting Workbench.

  •         
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business processes, workflows, and patient flow

  •         
  • Experience with software testing and end-user training

  •         
  • Ability to communicate complex situations quickly and clearly to people with a variety of technical skills;    manage a wide range of projects, large and small, along with a high volume of service requests; work independently and in a workgroup; prepare a presentation and present to an audience comprised of varying levels of leadership.

  •         
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  •         
  • Ability to mentor other project team members

  •         
  • Effective oral and written communications and follow-up skills

  •         
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills

Experience:(the following experience is required)


            
  • 4+ years of related experience.

  •         
  • Experience with Meaningful Use/MIPS reporting, and EP/EH quality measures

  •         
  • Experience with Epic Care Everywhere and Epic Healthy Planet.
