We are in search of IT Support Desk Analysts to join our team. These positions will be located with a client based in the Southern U.S.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Extremely comfortable managing end user calls, using a ticketing system to document calls and handling first call resolution where possible
- Basic knowledge of Cerner
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
