Description

HealthTECH Resources is seeking an Epic ADT Instructional Designer for a 6+ month contract position at a top-tier healthcare organization in CA. In this Epic consultant position you will help prepare for the 2018 Epic Upgrade. Interested applicants should be certified in Epic Grand Central (ADT).

What will I be doing?


            
  • Designing, writing, updating and testing training curriculum to a broad range of end user roles and knowledge, including computer based training modules.

  •         
  • Training EVS, Bed Planners, Admitting, ED Registrars, Custody HSRs, and Financial Counselors.

  •         
  • Working on curriculum development, training environment build, and classroom training.

  •         
  • Supporting ongoing new hire training and communication.

  •         
  • Required to work on site at least 4 days/week, and 5th day may be remote.

What qualifications do I need to be considered?


            
  • Current Epic Grand Central (ADT) certification is a must-have.

  •         
  • In-depth knowledge of the Grand Central (ADT) application and prior experience as en Epic Instructional Designer.

  •         
  • Instructional Designer needs to have attended TED (Training, Environments, and Documentation) – Epic coursework to qualify as an Instructional Designer.

  •         
  • Experience in adult learning principles, Captivate, Storyline, and LMS (SCORM).
