Description

Superlanet Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for a project with one of their clients in the Chicago, IL area. This person will lead a project involving migrating information from a Laboratory Information System (LIS), Sunquest, to another instance of Sunquest.

Responsibilities:


            
  • Directs and regularly evaluates the performance of assigned program tasks in terms of quality, cost control, and achievement of technical, schedule, performance and contractual objective to ensure work results meet customer requirements.

  •         
  • Serves as primary point of contact and liaison for information between the client and the vendor

  •         
  • Plans, directs, and monitors assigned project budgets

  •         
  • Strives to increase business opportunities

Qualifications:


            
  • 5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare information technology industry

  •         
  • 3+ years of project management experience in the laboratory information services space

  •         
  • Recent experience leading a LIS conversion, merger, or migration

Plusses:


            
  • Experience leading a Sunquest project
