HealthTECH Resources has urgent need for an ERP Project Manager for a one year contract position at a top-tier healthcare organization in PA starting ASAP. Interested candidates should have healthcare project management and Workday Cloud ERP system experience.

Duties of the ERP Project Manager

  • Our client is looking for a Project Manager III to come in and take a lead role in a Workday Cloud ERP project, managing 8 to 15 project staff members.
  • Your primary responsibilities will be to:
    • Create, coordinate, and manage advanced level projects involving organization-wide systems.
    • Manage large projects of moderate to high complexity which may include the creation, coordination and management of a project plan for major complex system installation or modification.
    • Understand and comply with all enterprise and IS departmental information security policies, procedures and standards.
    • Support the integration of information security in the development, design, and implementation of Hospital Technology Resources that process, transmit, or store hospital information.
    • Support all compliance activities related to state, federal regulatory requirements, healthcare accreditation standards, and all other applicable regulations that govern the use and disclosure of patient, financial, or other confidential information.



  • Experience and knowledge within the Workday Cloud ERP application system.
  • Experience managing and leading application development and design projects.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, data governance stewardship, and Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle discipline.
  • Customer-facing consultant skills such as evolving customer requests for actionable and measurable results, understanding objectives, identifying gaps and recommending solutions using enterprise class vendor and custom software, data governance, and best practice analytic solutions.


  • Project management experience in a large healthcare environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
