We are in search of a Helpdesk Support Advisor to join our team to help consolidate IT helpdesk/support structure. This position will be located with a client based in the Northeastern U.S.
- Looking for a senior advisor who has done this type of work before
- Able to provide advisory support on the process and recommendations for best practices
- Able to sit on on internal committee working to stand up the centralized model
- Need someone who has not only worked on a project like this before but also understands the technical nuances behind call center design, call routing, etc.
- Need at least 12-15 years of experience in this field
