About the Role
As the Manager for the Carelogic Integration Practice (Professional Services) you will have ownership and accountability for delivery of the integration practice products and solutions, including strategy, revenue projections and growth, margin expansion, and customer satisfaction.  You  will collaborate with customers, industry experts and teams across the company to ensure QSI is making the right investments in Integration solutions in support of our customers interoperability needs. You will also be responsible for building a sustainable growth plan and brand, partnering with all areas of Qualifacts including: Marketing, Sales, Support, Application Services as person responsible for promoting both Carelogic Integration Hub; it’s technical capabilities and related professional service offerings
Primary Job Duties
  • Lead Qualifacts’ Integration Practice including development and refinement of standard processes and integration playbook
  • Serve as central point of contact for prospective and current external customers with respect to integration solution consulting/scoping, statements of work, customer deliverable and internally across functional domains involving integrations
  • Owns the overall Integration practice tracking and reporting, key activity project reporting, and financial impact and benefits realization as well as the communication/escalation of practice risks and dependencies to leadership team as needed
  • Conducts product manager type activities for the integration products and roadmap (current and future), including activities such as product research, competitive analysis, development of investment business cases and other product planning steps
  • Responsible for financial targets and revenue associated with Carelogic Integration Practice including annual forecasted NRR and MRR
  • Drives client satisfaction associated with positive net promoter score as it relates to interoperability solution delivered and serves as escalation and liaison between internal teams and vendors on issues, including CIH outages
  • Provides strategic direction and oversight for the implementation and management of customer integration projects
  • Collaborates with QSI Technical Operations and Application Services Architecture teams to further refine and develop any operational middleware aka Carelogic Integration Hub to meet customer and market needs
  • Collaborates with Sales and Marketing, Client Services and Application Development Services to drive and support the integration practice needs across the organization
  • Serves as primary thought leader in this area of expertise, evangelize for product, present to customers and user groups, represent at trade shows, sell product roadmap internally and provide internal and external training on available solutions 
Key Qualifications
  • BSc/BA degree
  • 5+ years Integration/Interoperability experience
  • 7+ years of demonstrated program management experience across multiple IT projects with good project estimations abilities
  • 7+ years IT industry experience
  • Technical and middleware architecture concept proficiency and experience with HIE Profiles, API Web Services , HL7 (CDA and FHIR), SNOMED, LOINC, IHE, ANSI, DICOM, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience working with project estimations, profit and loss and professional services engagements utilizing strong customer consultation and relationship management skills
  • Experience with healthcare software/systems such as  Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Electronic Health Record (EHR), Practice Management Systems (PMS), Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE),  Patient Accounting (PA) Systems, and Health Information Exchanges (HIE)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, grow, and to refine products and programs
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
  • Must be decisive and results focused with a service/customer orientation
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have outstanding organization skills to manage multiple parallel tasks
  • Operates independently and takes initiative but is a good collaborator who also works well in teams
  • Demonstrated experience working with IT staff, C-level Executive Stakeholders and 3rd party vendors
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience with software product release management is desirable
  • Agile practitioner experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with resource capacity planning or capacity modeling
  • 5+ yrs of Healthcare industry experience
  • 2+ yrs of infrastructure/architecture development project experience
