Description

Position Title: Epic Program Manager

Required Experience:

  • Previous Epic Program Management experience leading full-cycle upgrades, support, and implementations
  • Knowledge of one or more Epic Solutions required
  • Prefer more than five (5) years’ experience in a project management office
  • Certified in project management
  • Experienced in the areas of Change Management/ PMO Assessment
  • Previous experience in an academic medical center, children's hospital environment preferred
  • Ability to travel 80% to Central location


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing project management framework and methodology for the Department of Information Technology, that is consistent with international methodology standards of technical project management.
  • Improve and upgrade project performance and outcome
  • Improving the management of financial, human resources and communications, along with writing efficient reports
  • Identifying the structure of projects governance that includes the management of operations, skills, roles and responsibilities that are under PMO.
  • The control of Project and initiatives while having the ability to comprehensively improve all business
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with Physicians, Clinical Staff, Hospital Directors, and C-Level Executives.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
