Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians is seeking a full time Help Desk Support Analyst for our Electronic Health Records department. This position works closely with the EHR Clinical Manager tohandle inquiries and facilitate successful use of EHR (Electronic Health Records). This is a full time benefits eligible position working at our Central Business Office in Westerville, OH.Schedule is M-F with various shifts between 7a-6p.
• Work closely with vendors coordinating their efforts regarding COPCP data migrations and initiatives
• Process incoming EHR Help desk calls from our practices
• Facilitate data migration projects
• Facilitate upgrades and system builds
• EHR configuration builds • EHR module implementation
• Issue resolution
• Complete projects and maintain timelines in an accurate, timely manner.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clinical certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (excel, word, PowerPoint)
• Good multitasker
• Customer service
• Troubleshooting/Problem Solving
• EMR software experience
