The analyst will provide support across the HIM department for various high-level HIM areas such as:

-Deficiency Tracking
-Release of Information
-Identity
-Chart Completion and Correction
-Medical Record Merging

The analyst will research issues to identify root causes and appropriate resolution steps. The analyst will also identify where workflow modifications or staff education is needed, as well as if any additional Epic build work will assist in issue resolution. The analyst may assist and/or lead upcoming IT projects for NPI conversion and expansion of Epic build work for hospital and/or clinic areas.
