Sr. Solution Architect - Radiology

Description

*Guide clients through current Radiology workflows, upgrades, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance
*Act as primary consultant for the client's solution troubleshooting, consultation and knowledge transfer
*Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge and engagement support
*Resolve escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise
*Resolve complex client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or solution application
*Perform test script execution
*Create and participate in unit and integrated testing

Requirements

*5+ years of Cerner RadNet experience required
*Proven ability to independently manage multiple simultaneous projects
*Proficiency with issues identification and escalation to sr. management (Customer or e4) to gain needed support or resolution
*Managing defined timelines to meet project deadlines
*Capable of working alone or within a defined team
